Entrance Requirements

Grade 10 (Std 8) or equivalent, or work experience.

Computer Requirements

You are required to have a PC or laptop with the following:
• Intel® Pentium®IV 800 MHz or higher
• Minimum 512MB of RAM or higher
• 128 MB graphics processor that supports DirectX®9.0
• Generic Monitor (1024x768)
• 16GB hard disk space for 32 bit or 20 GB hard disk space for 64bit
• DVD R/ RW drive
• High-speed Internet connection
• A few recordable CDs/DVDs

Software Requirements
Your computer requires the following software:
• Microsoft®Windows®7
• DirectX®9.0

Programme Duration

You should be able to complete this course within
12 months.

• Introduction to PC’s (Windows 7) - non-examinable
• Front Office Operations

Student Assessment

For the 5 examinable subjects, the assignments are optional,
but you are required to write and pass 5 formal exams. Please
note that exams are written in June and October each year. You
should complete an examination entry form and submit it to
the College, together with the prescribed entry fee before the
closing date for the next examination.

For the non-examinable subject, you have to submit and pass all
assignments.
