Build the foundations of your future with a high school qualification from Damelin Correspondence College. With a range of locally and internationally recognised courses, every learner can acquire a qualification that is tailored to his or her needs.
At the end of 2007, the Senior Certificate qualification was discontinued and the National Senior Certificate (NSC) was introduced as the official school-leaving qualification in South Africa. The Department of Basic Education (DBE) has now extended the cut-off date for South Africans to complete their pre-2008 Senior Certificate until 2014.
With Damelin Correspondence College, you will get all the study materials and tuition support that you need to successfully complete your Senior Certificate.
Everyone over 21 is now eligible
From 2008 to 2010, the DBE only admitted learners who had either passed Grade 11 or written at least one Senior Certificate examination before 2008. As of June 2011, anyone who is 21 years or older can now apply to complete his or her Senior Certificate!
Limited opportunity – act now
You MUST register before the end of September 2011 to take advantage of this opportunity. You will write your first exams in May/June 2012, and have a total of three years to pass all your exams and complete your Senior Certificate. After May/June 2014, these exams will no longer be offered.
